Email service providers protect us from spam, but sometimes they make mistakes and block messages that you do want to receive.
To make sure you receive my replies, please visit your email provider's website (not the app) and follow these simple steps:
Gmail.com: Drag my message to your Primary Inbox.
Outlook.com: Click the gear icon (top right), then start typing ‘Safe senders' in the search bar. Add the email address below your Safe list.
Click the gear icon (top right), then ‘more settings', then click ‘Filters' on the left menu.
Create a new filter (only filling in the ‘From' section) to make sure all messages from the address below get sent to the inbox.
Other (e.g. a mobile app): Please add me to your Address Book.
